RateMyAgent provides reviews, ratings and rankings for Australian real estate agents with the site’s one million reviews verified as being from genuine vendors and purchasers.
The Large Agency Network of the Year award is presented to a network of 100 agencies or more, and is based on the number of positive client reviews received relative to sale volumes—showcasing agents receiving the best customer feedback, not just the most reviews.
“This award is a tribute to the collective efforts of everyone within our network for consistently and repeatedly delivering genuine customer care,” said Peter Hanscomb, CEO of Belle Property, Hockingstuart and Acton.
Numerous agents and agencies across the network also received RMA awards, carrying off accolades across the national, state, suburb and agent categories.
“As a premium boutique network we are known for service levels that are second to none, and I am delighted to see this reflected in the many individual and office RMA award wins across our network,” said Peter.
With RateMyAgent awards based on verified client reviews, they are considered an honest and proven barometer of client experience which can help others searching for high-quality service, as Peter explains.
“I would like to thank all our clients who took the time to review and recommend us. This helps steer other customers towards agency networks that are tried, tested, and found to exceed customer expectations,” he added.
According to Peter, being named Large Agency Network of the Year is a true accolade which also confirms the strength and cohesiveness of the Belle Property network.
“Having expanded nationally through the merger of renowned real estate brands Hockingstuart and Acton with our Belle Property brand family in recent years, it’s inspiring to see our growing network acknowledged with this prestigious consumer award.
“This win strengthens our belief that when it comes to operating as a network and delivering the highest levels of client care—we are definitely stronger together,” Peter concluded.
